An Experiment

In the Fort Wayne, Indiana area -- surely a place fertile with red-state fascism -- how long will it be before some brave freedom-lover keys my pathetic, rusty 1998 Ford F150 two-wheel-drive half-ton pickup truck?

Turns out you can buy a do-it-yourself bumper sticker for under $6 from Cafe Press (a little cheaper, even, if you buy a significant quantity).  This internet ... kind of a good thing, in some ways.

So glad you're back, Jim! I've been checking often and almost gave up. Just ordered a sticker like yours, but with "parent" made plural. Did you see Chris Floyd's last post? It's so eloquent and angry and too true, I'm afraid.

Jim, sorry for the dup comments. I've been having problems with my machine and didn't think one had gone through, or whatever. However, it's just as well that I say it twice: Glad you're back!

Hi, Mimi! No need to apologize for duplication; hearing from you is good, and twice is just twice as nice!

I did see Mr. Floyd's piece. As always, he said it much better than I can.
