If Iran's a military dictatorship, how would that distinguish it from places like Egypt and Saudi Arabia and Yemen, whose wildly undemocratic "governments" are compliant with the empire's wishes, and are therefore cuddly? How would that distinguish Iran from the budding surveillance state we have going right here?
